Blue Ridge

"This is a worry free card. When you get to where you are going you just show the card, it's that easy. No digging through your pocket book or waiting in long lines to get in. The only flow was that after 5:30pm all places didn't except the card, so you have a time frame from 8:30-5:30 to shove everything you wanted to do into. That's not enough time, so pick your main attraction that day and do everything on the map on the way. Great DEAL!!!"

Boston

"We ordered the seven day card and used it to death! We calculated the cost of all our tickets and would have paid around $800 for everything we did. Since the two cards cost us just over $300 I think we got our money's worth! It worked well for us since we stayed north of Boston for a couple of days to take advantage of the offers in Lexington/Concord/Salem and then traveled South of Boston for the offers in Plymouth/Hyannisport. We even snuck in a day trip to Kennebunkport Maine using the GoCard! We planned most of our days with a GoCard activity in the morning, one in the afternoon and something in the evening (time permitting). We are the kind of people that like to see and do everything on vacation so this was perfect for us. We also were not traveling with children which made things much easier. We've also used GoCards in Chicago and Oahu. We've found that the longer the stay, the better value the cards become."

"We got the 2-day pass and still couldn't get all that we wanted to do in. We went to the Navy Pier, took a boat tour toured museums, the Sears Tower and rode the trolley's! We also took advantage of some of the coupons that are offered. It's a no-brainer, you'll save money! Only advice, get the pass in advance if you can, it will save you time in planning things out."

Las Vegas

"Priority entry to some events, saved money, had a great time, great meal deals, saw a few shows we might not have and enjoyed them. Loved the Siegfried & Roy's secret garden, good laugh at Gregory Popovich pet theater, Hover Dam Tour was customer service & amenities 1st class!!"

"This card was fantastic. The only bad thing is trying to decide where to go from all the great places listed in the Guide. The guide was a great source of information - hours of operation, location, even directions to get there. We travelled with a couple that did not have a Go Los Angeles card and watching them paying made me realize how much I was saving!"

Miami

"One of the best choices I made for this vacation to Miami! I had read good reviews online, but was a bit sceptical that those remarks might have been written by affiliates of smartdestinations.com to boost their sales. I still decided to give it a try, and did purchase the card(my first) online. [...] When I went down to Miami, we had a blast: not only did it save us tons of money, but I would also say that the guide book that comes along with the card was very helpful for newbies to the city! The guide book helps you organize your day in advance! This card was worth every penny, and we got more that what we paid for. Wish they had similar cards for every destination! Great job to the SmartDestination TeamP.S.: For activities in the South Beach area, account for more time if you are driving, parking is indeed a hassle!"

New York City

"Thanks for the great reponsiveness! As I said previously we love the Explorer Pass! In fact we are in the initial planning stages for yet another visit to NY in October and I've already told my step-daughter that we should get the Explorer Pass since some of the things they want to do are pass options. I have directed them to the website so they can explore all the sites that the pass offers. The website is a very useful planning tool and I appreciate that it includes all of the infomration found in the guidebook. Thanks again for the great customer service."

Oahu

"My husband and I had a great time with our Oahu go cards. Make sure to plan ahead, and prepare to do a few things every day. We had orginally scheduled to do more, but we weren't able to kayak due to very large waves, and they cancelled our catamaran reservations as we were the only ones registered that day (and they didn't have another cruise available until after we had to leave). Also, since it was cloudy the day we spent on Waikiki beach, there were not enough people to do the canoe ride (they need at least 4). I would definitely recommend renting a car for at least a few days and driving to Kailua beach and the North Shore. Kailua beach was still beautiful even though we couldn't kayak (we rented the bikes and snorkels and spent a few hours on the beach). The North Shore was amazing, we even saw turtles who came onto the sand (and we stopped at the Dole plantation on the way). The moped rental was really fun (although I was incredibly scared), and we road to Sea Life Park (the ride was beautiful, the park was small, but be there by 12:30 PM for the dolphin show). Since we were staying at the edge of Waikiki, we went to Diamond Head and Hanuma Bay in our own car, but I would recommend going to both - they were incredible! We also liked the Pearl Harbor Bus Tour, and the best part was the audio tour is free with your Go Card - make sure to get it! I would reccomend Germaine's Luau - it was fun, had great entertainment, and pretty good food for so many people."

Orlando

"Using this card was great. We didn't want to go to Orlando and do the Disneyworld thing...I was looking into a lot of activites that the card offered but paying full price for them would leave a lot of time during the day with nothing to do and we would have spent around [$] dollars. We were excited to find the Go Orlando Card a little worried about if people would know about the card and how it would work, if it was legitimate, but everything went smoothtly! A lot of the acitivites weren't full day things so we did 3 or 4 things in one day, it was great! We added it up and we would have paid over $800 dollars for all the stuff we did and saw in the three days, knowing we paid [$] for the cards made us enjoy our trip just that much more. We also enjoyed the discounts at certain gift shops and such. We are looking forward to using the cards in other cities!"

San Diego

"Bought 7 day card and overall happy. The little guide book is great and allows to pick specific exhibit by areas.

PRO - Skipping the LONG ticket line at USS Midway. Even for non naval/history person it was quite fun and took over fours. Went back a second time to take pictures, great not to pay second admission.

PRO - Not worrying about each admission and getting your full money's worth. Not a big museum goer but this card encouraged visits to museums otherwise would have skipped.

PRO - Easy to use. No fumbling with cash.

CON - Consecutive day use. Wish they'd either have X uses in Y days or have 5,6,7 day passes. We were only there 6 days so didn't get the full value.

CON - For whatever reason some of the exhibits have very short hours, open just four hours a day. Also, most of the guided walking tours are only offered once a week and a good portion of Balboa museums and other exhibits are closed on Monday. This severly limited the use and we lost out of half a dozen places due to it. Plan you day/week very carefully.

CON - Only 30 minutes free at Go Cars as it is a minimum one hour purchase ($49/hour). Looked fun but didn't feel like shelling out more cash. Good purchase, only saved $20/person for the week but that was largely due to so many exhibits being closed so couldn't take advantage of the great deals."

"I enjoyed the Wine Tour it was fantastic...a great relaxing day and a different perspective to the Sonoma Valley Region The Double Decker Tour Bus was also fantastic I would recommend sitting at the top of the bus to see San Fran from the top The Red and White Fleet cruise is always informative, relaxing, and enjoyable. Go cars will have you laughing your way down the street I would recommend at least a 2 or 3 day pass and that you use the pass to see all the attractions you would like to see and then take the wine tour on the last day to relax, unwind, and enjoy your vacation."

"This is an AWESOME value. My wife and I honeymooned in Seattle and used the GoSeattle Card every day! A week wasn't enough, there was so much to do. Do your homework, and you'll get MORE than your money's worth. Some of the "lesser" attractions were actually our favorites (ie. Pacific Science Center). Going to Seattle again...and will use this value again."
